If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines to ensure your rights are protected.
Refunds and Returns
– Major Faults: If an item has a major fault, you can choose between a refund or replacement. A major fault means the item is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or cannot perform its intended function.
– Minor Faults: If the item has a minor fault, we will provide a repair or replacement at no cost to you. If the problem cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
– Change of Mind: Please note, while the ACCC does not require a refund or exchange for a change of mind, Odyssey Performance Parts offers a ‘change of mind’ return within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is returned unused unmarked and in its original packaging.
Process
– Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or report a problem at sales@odysseypp.com.au.
– Complete a return authorisation form.
– Provide proof of purchase when returning an item.
– We will assess the product to determine if the fault is major or minor, as this affects the remedy to which you are entitled.
Shipping Costs
– For items that have been assessed faulty by Odyssey Performance Parts within the 30days of purchase, Odyssey Performance Parts will cover any associated shipping costs for returns due to faults.
– If the product has been deemed faulty due to misuse, Odyssey Performance Parts has the right to recoup all postage costs.
